Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Grand Hotel Flora with my family in late April was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. While the rooms were smaller than expected and had a disappointing view of a brick wall and 8 dumpsters, the service offered by the friendly and helpful staff was a standout feature. The location was perfect, minutes away from all Rome has to offer in the tiny cobblestone streets, but the dining options were quite modest with virtually inedible food served during odd hours.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, my view overlooked a rubbish dump. The service was nice, though not overly friendly. The location was convenient for traversing the city but being on the far side of town from the airport meant additional travel costs. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide array of foods, but dining during odd hours was not a good experience for me.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many sights and cafes, although a bit far from the airport. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist with reservations and tickets. However, the dining experience was below the standards I expected, and the noise from the city traffic could be bothersome in rooms overlooking the city and the Vatican.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a great view like in the picture. The check-in process was smooth, even though the room wasn't ready a bit before the official check-in time. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff members seeming a bit stiff, but overall, everyone was helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and right on high-end Via Veneto. The dining experience was enjoyable but could have had more gluten-free options. Overall, a great place to stay.
Staying at Grand Hotel Flora with my family in late April was a pleasant experience. The rooms were very good in size, overlooking the gardens, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, making our stay quite enjoyable. The hotel was clean and offered good value for money. The service provided by the staff was helpful, and they even gave us some great restaurant recommendations. However, the dining experience was disappointing as the spread for the price was poor. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although it was on the far side from the airport, resulting in higher taxi costs and travel time.
My stay at the Grand Hotel Flora with my family in late April was decent overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing just enough space for the two of us. While the service was of little help other than identifying attraction websites, the check-in staff was slightly lacking in friendliness. The location was decent and very handy, situated right on high-end Via Veneto and near many attractions and restaurants. The dining experience offered fantastic choices, but with limited options for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, a mixed experience but worth recommending for the convenience and atmosphere.
